Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and bestseller novelist. Her talent has earned her international recognition. Sagittarius, she was born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is the oldest out of three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith, a psychologist. She is of English as well as Scottish roots. Due to her father's job the Moore family was often moved and she was unable to form friendships, or to keep ones. Moore was in the class of Frankfurt American High School in Germany at the time her parents relocated there. Moore began her career in the theatre. Her studies continued through Boston University, graduating in 1983 with the degree of a B.F.A. A thesis on Theater. After graduating, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York.
